Space Invaders '95: The Attack of the Lunar Loonies (あっかんべえだあー, Akkanvader), is an Arcade game released in 1995 by Taito for it's Taito F3 Arcade board. It is a parody game in the same vein as the Parodius series from Konami, spoofing various Taito properties and featuring colorful, super-deformed designs. It was never ported to any system at the time of it's release, but was included in Space Invaders Pocket for the PSP and later included on the Taito Legends 2 compilation for the PlayStation 2.
Gameplay[]
Gameplay is much like any Space Invaders game, with the player's ship moving along the bottom with four shields protecting it above. Players must shot the incoming waves of enemies, but now it is possible to charge the shot, releasing a more powerful shot. This game also features bonus stages, with enemies flying in patterns similar to Galaga, and boss battles at the end of each world.

In the character selection screen, Player 1 is confined to use the characters available to 1P side, and player 2 is confined to use the characters available to 2P side.

in this game their are a lot of bosses but in this game the bosses are cuter versions of the regular ones
- Yellow Robot - a Yellow Robot with a tongue sticking out of it's mouth piloted by the yellow invader
- #106780 Yamato - an amalgamation of all the three bosses from the Darius series
- Hermit Girl - a giant hermit crab girl
- Ghost - a ghastly ghost
- Giant Robot - a gigantic robot machine piloted by a UFO King
